We apologize for the delay in responding. Are you using the default Bit Form SMTP or a third-party SMTP plugin? If you’re using Bit Form SMTP, please send a test email using the Mail Test option. If the email is sent successfully, then the email system is working. If you receive an error message while sending the Mail Test, then the SMTP settings are not configured correctly.
