    Emails for new stages are not sent.

    I have created 2 order statuses but when I change the status, no email is sent.
    I am using the yaymail plugin to edit email templates.

    did you test it without override email templates by using other plugin (yaymail) ?

    Are you using the free version or paid version for the Yaymail plugin? On free version they do not allow updating the template email, they have a list of plugins with compatibility where they add manually each new plugin compatibility. So it depends on them.

    We do not know about how the Yaymail paid version works, if you are using it please provide more details to help us understand how can we increase this. As we do not know how open are they to insert a new compatibility, could you ask them on this case?
