• Hi,

    I recently found out that the “contact us” form on our website has not worked for some time. This has now been fixed but i’m confident there are dozens of messages that were sent through this form that never made it through to us. Does anyone know how we can retrieve these messages?

    Thanks, but I already have a contact page, it’s just about whether I can retrieve messages sent through the contact page that didn’t deliver to us over the past few months.

    it depends on the contact form you were using-some forms save the submissions in the database.

    example: if you are using WPForms-Lite — ask for guidance from the plugin’s support team…https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/wpforms-lite/

    Thanks Lisa, we are using WPForms Lite and i’ve been in contact with them who have said:

    ?I am sorry but, there is no way to restore the entries if you upgrade to the Paid version of the WPForms. The best next step in trying to find records of previous entries is to contact your site’s hosting provider to ask if they are able to retrieve the undelivered emails through the email logs.

    Hi All, we’re still yet to find a resolution for this.

    I’ve contacted WP Forms, our email hosting provider, the company that created our wordpress account, our IT service team and no one is able to provide us with a solution to getting these undelivered forms. Can anyone help with this?

    Do you use an SMTP plugin for sending e-mails from WordPress? If so, this could possibly keep the sent notifications. If not, there is probably no solution in this case.

    We do @threadi yes, we use WP Mail SMTP Lite. I think the pro version keeps the notifications going forward but even if we upgrade to pro now it doesn’t show previous notifications.
