    Help appreciated – small business owner here.

    I had thought I set up my Formidable forms so page visitors could use the “contact us” page on my website to submit an email that would go to my email. However, Formidable reports I have 0 entries created in that form, while WPArmour says it has blocked 52 from the form. I know for sure that some legit users have tried to send me notifications through the form, so I know not all 52 are spam (though of course some may be). (1) Is there any way I can see the 52 that were blocked? (2) How can I change the settings so the contact me form submissions do indeed come through to my email, or at least to somewhere I can check?

    Replying so hopefully this gets raised up and is more likely to be seen on a Monday? (I know an exciting, eclipse-filled Monday, but I’d really like help nonetheless!)

    Also, spam submissions can be only viewed in extended version.

    Hi Dnesscarkey,

    Yes, I disabled WP-Armour for now, because it’s crucial to my business that I get form submissions.

    If you are able to spend time looking at the form, I can re-enable it.

    Tell me more – if I pay for extended version, would it allow me to see the forms that were blocked previously, or just any new forms submitted going forward?

    Hi,

    But i still see our plugin’s additional fields here. https://www.regenforall.org/wed-love-to-hear-from-you/. May be it is still loading the js cached files that was cached when our plugin was active.

    Also, spams are recorded only after extended version is active. So you won’t be able to check old submissions.

    Hi,

    Thanks for replying. I appreciate that you are taking time to try to support users of your product.

    That’s extremely unfortunate that you block legit submissions without saving them anywhere, and give no heads up or warning that happens. This blocking of customer acquisition for 3 months may cause my business to need to close in this upcoming school year. I hope in the future, you consider that there are people who don’t work in tech or really understand tech that need to use your product.

    We are sorry to let you go. However, we suggest to test all the forms after activating our plugin to test it is working as expected.
