Emails from order update

    Hi,

    I have been experiencing for a few days now that the email function to the Plugin isnt working.

    I have tried using 4 or 5 different SMTP plugins, and both SSL and TLS on my SMTP end. I have tried going back to using the standard mail() aswell and nothing seems to be working.

    Is there any reason for this happening or could someone give me some advice on potential fixes?

    Hi Benji,

    Did it ever work? If so, when it used to work, were you using an SMTP plugin to send the emails via an external server? If so, then could something maybe have changed with your email host (i.e. the SMTP server, the type of security they use, your password, etc.)?

    If you install WP Mail SMTP, set up your email credentials and then try the send test email functionality, does it work?

    Would you be able to provide a screenshot of your settings you have in WP Mail SMTP? (Please block out any passwords entered in the screenshot.)
