    HI! I was wondering if anyone would have an idea of why all of a sudden when I get an order from the website, the order email from the actual order comes through, but the Paypal invoice letting me know that I have received payment is not coming through?

    It has only just started happening in the last couple of days.

    Hey @colourcascadefabrics,

    If the PayPal invoice you reference is one that’s coming directly from PayPal.com or similar and not your WooCommerce site you would need to check with PayPal with regards to that type of email.

    Have you checked your Junk mail folders etc to maybe see if it’s ending up in there for some peculiar reason.
