Emails from website not working

    Hi there

    I really need help with one mail issue and would appreciate it a lot ??
    I’m using plugin WP EASY SMTP, it is set up with the help form mail provider so I assume there shouldn’t be an issue.
    However, no woocommerce emails or contact form emails are being sent.
    This is what I found in logs:

    • “Mailer: Other SMTP
      PHPMailer was able to connect to SMTP server but failed while trying to send an email.”
    • “Mailer: Other SMTP
      SMTP Error: The following recipients failed:__________
      Sender address rejected: not owned by user”

    Any suggestions?

    Hi there @tingea,

    Check the From address for your connection. It looks like it may be set incorrectly. Most SMTP connections require your From address to match the address of the account you’re connecting to, so if you’re connecting with [email protected], your From address will also need to be [email protected].

    If you need flexibility about what your From email can be, check out our other mailer connections. Some mailer services allow this to be changed. Check out this guide in our documentation.     Hi David,

    Thank you for quick reply. The email was correct but this time I enabled option “Force From Email” and it worked. Marking this as resolved!
