Hi I am running the trail and trying to setup Woocommerce integration, But It won’t send email updates.

I have replace Default Woo emails with Status tracking emails but when A new order is placed, No email is sent.
If I change an order status through the Woocom orders, Again no email is sent.

BUT If I change the status through the Status Tracking page then the emails are sent through?

Any Ideas what is causing this?
    Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi mixeddesign,

You have to use our plugin if you want the emails to be sent. We can’t change how WooCommerce works. The goal of our plugin is so that you do your order status/tracking management in our plugin instead of WooCommerce. If you want to have those custom emails send automatically, then you need to be changing the status in our plugin, not in WooCommerce.

That is fine, But the problem is more that no Order Confirmation Emails are being sent now that I have changed over from Woo Default status

So If an customer places an order they don’t receive any email unless I do it Manually?

If I do it all Manually then emails go through no issues, It just seems to be an Automated issue?

I just tested and that feature definitely works. Three things:

    1) Make sure you have a starting status (i.e. a status at 0%) and that there is an email associated with that status.

    2) Make sure you have the Order Email Frequency option set to On Change (in the Basic area of the options).

    3) Make sure that the order is paid for. If you’re using any kind of “pay later” option for your orders, it won’t send the email. It only sends the email for order that have already been paid for.

I have an big issue here over three months now please like I admin I want to receive an email notification when someone tracking an number but this plugin doesn’t allow it please help me to fix it this putting me in trouble with my clients

    As mentioned in the email,

Our plugin does not have an option for that. At the moment, there is no way for an admin to receive notifications if a user decides to use the tracking form and track their order.

I did some research and found this library: https://www.smtpjs.com/.
Apparently, you can use that library to send emails, so one potential solution would be to trigger the library’s send function upon form submit.
I have never tested this out before, so I don’t know if it will work or not. This is just one way to resolve this issue.
