    Hi @merrrcham,

Thanks for reaching out & I apologize for the trouble!

Please kindly know that the WP Mail SMTP plugin just bridges a connection between your WordPress site and your email account or the mailer service (the one you have configured on your site). This connection ensures that you are sending emails using an authenticated email account or domain, thereby increasing the chances of your emails reaching your recipient’s inbox.

Having said that, there are a number of reasons why emails from your site could be going to spam.

You can identify the exact reason by checking your site’s spam score, which shows if there are any issues with your emails. You can send a test email to the email address shown when you visit?https://www.mail-tester.com/. Please see the example here:?https://i.imgur.com/CoZaCaE.png.

After sending the test email, please click the button to?Check your score (https://i.imgur.com/BCeJaq4.png)

This will show if there are any issues with your DKIM, SPF, or DMARC records that are causing your emails to land in spam. Then, you can share that report with your email provider and they should be able to assist you further.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!
