    hi I am using forminator Plugin long time ago but this time i am facing some issue with that like, email are not send on both admin side and customers side… i been followed forminator documentation but still have an issue to with the emails

    Hi @chobhai

    I hope you are doing good today.

    Does the site have installed the SMTP plugin? In some cases hosting providers allows sending emails via a form using only “php mail”, but in most cases, this requires SMTP settings. Please let us know does SMTP is configured and if not, configure and see does that helps. On the new host “php mail” could be not supported.
