Emails no longer come through

    Hi,

    I have been using Formidable Forms for a few years. I hadn’t noticed until a client got in touch recently that they had sent us a message which hadn’t been received. This seemingly has been the case for a little over a week.

    I don’t think (beyond updating the plugin) this has been an issue historically.None of our settings have been changed in recent years and everything has otherwise ticked along nicely.

    I have tried to change some of the settings however unfortunately nothing appears to be working.

    Any help would be great.

    Did you ever find a solution to this? I have a growing list of clients complaining and I’m looking to switch forms, but would like some insight.

    Hi Ashley,

    Did you ever reach out to our support team for assistance with this? Here is a doc with the common reasons why form entries may not be coming through. It is worth confirming that other site emails like the forgot password emails are working properly, as sometimes this issue affects all emails.

    The most sure-fire way to make sure emails get delivered is to bypass the WordPress Mail functions by using an SMTP plugin. This type of plugin will override how your emails are sent and should ensure deliverability if it is configured correctly.
