Emails no longer come through

Hi,
I have been using Formidable Forms for a few years. I hadn’t noticed until a client got in touch recently that they had sent us a message which hadn’t been received. This seemingly has been the case for a little over a week.
I don’t think (beyond updating the plugin) this has been an issue historically.None of our settings have been changed in recent years and everything has otherwise ticked along nicely.
I have tried to change some of the settings however unfortunately nothing appears to be working.
Any help would be great.
