• Had everything working great but for some reason the providers are no longer receiving emails. The confirmation is being sent to the client but not to the provider. I have checked the logs and see where the system is sending to the click but there is not a log being generated for sending to the provider.

    I can’t reproduce this on my site. Would you please run a quick test for a conflict with another plugin or theme?

    – Deactivate all other plugins
    – Switch to a default WordPress theme

    Book an appointment to test again. If you received an email, activate one plugin at the time to find the one that is causing this issue.
