Emails not being received

I have been using the big contact contact form on a number of sites for online reservations and booking.
In the past, notification emails when a user requested a reservation would include both the users email and phone number.
Recently, only the phone number has been listed in the notification emails I’m receiving. I thought nothing of it until I tested it for myself.
Even though I entered my email on the form, the notification email only listed my phone number; the email was blank.
Any idea how to resolve this issue?
