    The form is working okay and are showing in the submissions however the emails aren’t being received.

    Any ideas?

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    If the form is working fine and submissions are saved to the site (and E-mail notification(s) is/are already configured in form settings) then the first thing to check would be “spam” folder in your inbox to make sure if those messages don’t end up there.

    If not, then can you please check and confirm if other e-mails from your site are coming through?

    By “other e-mails” I mean messages such as e.g. new user activation e-mails, lost password reminder e-mail and similar. Could you check this please and let me know if they are fine or if they are missing as well?
