Emails not being received

Emails sent from a contact form on this site are not being received.
The message says ‘sent’, and I have Flamingo on and they are showing there, they are just not reaching the email address in ‘to’ on the form.
The form passes validation, and I have checked spam folders.
I have tried turning on and off recaptcha.
The form was working until recently.
I’ve used contact form 7 on dozens of websites, and can’t figure out what the problem might be.

Thanks for getting back to me.
However, that FAQ doesn’t really address the issue.
I was wondering why [submit=”Send”] would have stopped working on one site (but works on all the other sites I have contact 7 on), but [submit=”Submit”] works.
Which is the one to use, and what is the difference?
