    Hi, i have set an automation up for an email to be sent after a new order. No matter what i try no emails are being sent and nothing is going into the log. The test works but thats it.

    Also, is there a way to send an email with the order details after the new order is generated? I want the email to contain my gift card code but this code is not generated until a new order is completed. So the email has to be sent after the order is generated.

    We apologize for the waiting time for a response.

    I reported this bug to our developer. We need a moment to find the cause and prepare a fix.

    It is possible to send an automatic email (with order details) after placing a new order – the New Order event is used for this. But I doubt if it is possible to insert a coupon code there because the list of placeholders does not contain the generated coupon code.

    Hello @mandeeej

    Please update the plugin to version 3.0.10. The new version contains several fixes – including the one related to sending emails from automation.
