    Hi,

    I’ve just tried using this plugin but have encountered 2 problems. 1, when a customer submits their order, it doesn’t send them a confirmation email and 2, we do not receive an email confirmation of a new order being received. Any advice?

    Hi, sorry it’s taken a while to reply! I didn’t get a notification of the new topic.

    Do your other order emails work? If not, then the issue is with your host. If they do, have you set the correct order status in the plugin settings? From the plugin notes: “Be aware that if you set the status to Pending, neither you nor the customer will receive an order email after checkout – this is standard WooCommerce functionality. By default, order emails will be sent when a status is changed from Pending to On Hold or Processing.”

    Same Issue with our website. Having issues with order notifications, when selecting PO for payment option for rest payment option order notification works fine

    Again as above, ensure that the order status in the plugin settings is NOT set to Payment Pending. If it is, WooCommerce will not send any new order emails. This is WooCommerce functionality, not the plugin.

    I have checked It is set to “processing” only in plugin
