• The test mail from the Send With page is received properly, but the Preview email from a Newsletter issue is never received, even though the site says the preview email was sent successfully. Using SMTP sending settings which are clearly working, but it’s just the newsletter preview send that isn’t. I don’t want to queue up my newsletter post until I’m sure the sending works. I’ve noticed other users have submitted a similar problem on this forum. Is there a known fix for this?

    On further checking, I still can’t get email from the Preview test to send, even though on the site it tells me the Preview test mail was sent successfully. All we see on our end is an error message auto generated to state that the Preview mail was rejected for being spam. I contacted our host about it and they don’t see any issues on their end for our sending email address.

    One thing I did notice though, was that when I took out almost all external links on the Newsletter issue and then hit Send Preview, I received that message! So is Mailpoet not properly integrating links into the Newsletter message? If so, that’s a huge problem because all our Newsletter issues have plenty of links for people to follow, we can’t have an issue that doesn’t provide links to events or exhibits.
