Emails not being sent

  • The plugin is not working since Woocomerce updated.
    All the account verification emails are being flagged as spam.

    I see other support tickets being raised about this issue and there’s no reply?
    Someone mentioned something about missing headers, this really needs to be addressed ASAP.

    Only option I have is to disable your plugin until the matter is resolved.

    Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce the issue on my test server – emails are not flagged as spam here. And generally, our plugin is using standard WooCommerce wc_mail() function to send emails, so I believe emails are sent exactly the same as standard WooCommerce emails are sent. You’ve wrote that “… someone mentioned something about missing headers…” – could you please let me know where is this mentioned? I couldn’t find it in our wp.org forum. Hopefully this info may forward me in the right direction…
