• Hi – I’ve been using Thank Me Later for a while, but it doesn’t seem to sending out emails. I’ve tested several times with different email addresses, but I haven’t received any emails.

Previously it’s worked fine, and I’m not sure when it would have stopped.

Please note I’m using multisite, but only have the plugin enabled on 1 site. This has been the setup for the whole time I’ve used the Thank Me Later plugin.

I’m also using the below plugin, and wondered whether that could conflict

    Many thanks in advance.

    Cheers, Rob

    Hi Rob,

Have you made sure there isn’t a ‘max sends’ limit on the message, and that the time delay is set to 0 seconds, when you are testing it?

When you leave a comment, does the ‘stats’ page update the numbers ‘due to be sent’ or ’emails sent’? If the ’emails sent’ doesn’t increase, that could indicate a problem with the plugin sending emails.

Also, does WordPress send emails correctly? You could for example click ‘reset password’ to test this.

Did version 3.2 work? I haven’t changed anything as far as sending emails is concerned, so I’m not quite sure what could be causing the issue.

    Thanks,
    Brendon.

Thanks Brendan – I’ve just updated to WP 3.9 and now Thank Me Later (3.3) can’t be activated. The plugin page refreshes, and it says ‘Plugin activated’, but it remains not activated.

I had switched it off when I raised this ticket.

I know though that the max sends was 0 (ie unlimited) and it was set to send after 1 minute.

All other emails are sending fine.

I’m not sure what version it was when it was working, but it was probably 3.2. When I last checked more than 1000 emails had been sent.

    Thanks again.

    Cheers, Rob
