    Hi,

    Everything running fine for months, all of the sudden no more emails being sent. Updated the plugin, cleared the cache, nothing has been changed in the backend.

    Hi,

    That points to an email delivery issue in the email server. To confirm this I recommend you to install a WordPress email log plugin, these type of plugins will register every email sent from WordPress to the email server and you can detect this way on which side the email is being lost.

    Depending of the result of the test you may need to contact hosting support service about the email delivery issue or to setup a SMTP connection to an email server to send the email other way.

    Hi,

    I got the logging plugin installed and it says the emails are being sent successfully to all the listed participants from the settings.

    Which hosting support would I be contacting, the plugin company or our email company?

    My biggest confusion is what could have happened, working fine one day and the next nothing. Does it have to do with the update of the plugin, could our email service have changed something critical without telling us?
