    Hello,

    My site was updated to 3.0.1, but when a logged in user orders, no email is sent out. The order still shows up on the Woocommerce Order list, but no email shows up, even in Postman email log.

    Site is currently at a downgraded version, but any idea on why this might be happening???

  • Same issue here, and also downgraded. I tried deactivating all other plugins except WC and still not working. If I send any email via order actions it’s sent with no problems.

    Unfortunetly I′m no technical and this does not help me. I′m getting no new order emails since this update. This is very bad….

    I’m having the same issue. Is anyone else still experiencing this?

    I’m experiencing this issue as well. No emails are being sent from WooCommerce, even if I manually send it via order actions. Is there a proven solution to this problem that actually works? Thanks.

    When I updated woocommerce to 3.2.1 I got the famous white screen. I debugged each plugin inside my wp-content/plugins/ folder and I solved.

    Next, I tried to send an email with the contact form. It reached to the site but the site didn’t sent any message to my email.

    Finally, 10 minutes later, the email was sent. So now I’ts solved.

    I am having this issue too!

    So frustrating, anyone got a fix?

    Hi @harveyl12,

    After cross testing for you today this is not the same as the behaviour which you are experiencing on your site.

    On your site the Admin New Order emails are being sent out correctly from WordPress and WooCommerce and all of these emails were logged within the plugin WP Mail Logging as being sent out correctly.

    What you are experiencing is a single email the Admin New Order email not being received, this is not the same as emails not being sent out however and different behaviour to what is described within this topic.

    Emails which are being sent out but not received could be ending up in your spam or junk folder or have been blacklisted for some reason hence you are not receiving these.
