Emails Not Delivered to my Inbox

  • I embedded the form in my contact page with a shortcode, but for some reason, when I fill it out, I dont receive any emails to the email address I selected to receive emails to under the “Mail” section.
    Is the error in my side or the developer’s side?

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    The theme is Astra. I use Elementor for almost everything. And I do actually have “Contact Form 7 Extension For Mailchimp” by Renzo Johnson installed as well. It adds an extra field next to “Additional Settings” for Mailchimp API. I can give you access to the dashboard if you’d like to inspect more…

    Same issue my contact forms (2 languages) has stopped to work. I use Flatsome.

    I applied this morning an update that appeared for contact form.

    There was also update of Yoast I use several plugin.

    sorry it is resolve for me. my hosting blocked email. sorry to interfere in this threads
