Emails not delivering

  • Hi Support,

    I have set up LMS on my wordpress website, to my surprise no emails are delivering, I used the Email Log plugin to confirm if mails were actually sending, It showed that emails were sending, but I never receive any email. I have used several email addresses and none is delivering, Kindly advise.

  • You’re on Cloudflare so I can’t see your origin host but I think you might want to first check your spam mailbox. If the emails are not there then call your web host about this issue.

    I don’t know much about that plugin you mentioned but if the emails are accepted by your email subsystem then the plugin probably sees them as delivered even if they never actually went out.

    You might also find an error message in your server logs related to email issues. Your web host is your best bet for help at this point.

    You may need to set up an SMTP plugin such as one of these

    If you are not receiving any Email in your inbox then you should also check your spam folder. If Emails are not in this folder also then you should use other plugins.

    Thanks all, I have tried all above and now I finally got totally messed up:
    I deleted all files and folders
    I installed fresh copy of wordpress
    I try to do reset my password and boom 500 error internal server error. Asides the email part everyother thing works.
