• I recently installed WP Mailer and added two email addresses as subscribers. When I post a new post on my blog I am not receiving any emails. The Campaigns tab on WP Mailer tells me two emails were delivered, but I never received them. They are not in the Spam folder either. I tested the wp_mail function independently of WP Mailer, and it worked fine. Could you please advise? Thank you!

Hello, Can you please send an email to [email protected] with your login details and I will take a look.

Same issue here. Sending a test email from the templates page works, but actual campaign email does not. Same as ylitvak, the campaign says the email has been sent to two recipients (both gmail addresses), but no email is received (neither in inbox or spam folders). Any ideas what might be causing this, any tips to make it work? Thanks in advance!

At the moment I understand there are some issues with sending emails on a very small number of hosting providers. I am not sure on the exact cause but I think it is something to do with the hosting provider limiting the WordPress cron but I do have this on my list of look into further.

Thank you for your support, Richard

I am having a problem with the WP Mailer campaign being queued and the clock estimating when it will be sent keeps incrementing up with each passing minute, hour, and then day prolonging the time to send and doesn’t ever get sent. How do I get this resolved?
