    Email notifications are not going to authors, although that box is ticked. This is a recent problem. I know everything is working otherwise, I am getting the notices I set up for admin when an article is pending. Also, I included “Administrator” in the Send To field for the author notification, and that email came through. But the “Send to Author” tick box doesn’t seem to be working.

    What can be done? Thanks.
