    Hello, I have been using your plugin for a year without any problem.

    With version 2.0.4, I have noticed that some emails are sent without being memorized in “Email Logs”.

    I don’t understand where the problem comes from, do you have an idea?

    Here is my configuration: WP 6.7.1, PHP 7.4.33.

    Note : Problematic emails are generated by the WP-Members plugin.

    Here is a case of my anomaly: I receive an email from the website but I don’t see it in the list of emails logged.

    It seems that some anomalies appear following the update of WP-members.

    .Is there an incompatibility with WP-members?

    Hi, apologies for the delayed response. We have checked on our end with the same plugin you mentioned and everything is working without any issues.

    Could you please let us know in which case it is not working? Also, could you confirm if this is the same WP-members plugin you are using?

    hello, yes it is indeed WP-members.

    The anomalie seem to change depending on the versions of WP-members.

    I’m going that way. I will only come back to you if I don’t find the solution on the WP-members side. Thanks for your help.
