Please check your spam and see if it went there.

If not, you may need to check the mail() configuration on your server. The plugin is set to use basic PHP mail() for sending the notifications.

Again, though, I would check your spam first.

    Too bad even on spam.

Can you confirm that PHP mail() is enabled and configured correctly on your server?

How can I add it to my site?

The mail() function is something that comes with PHP, but depending on how your server is configured it’s possible that it’s not setup correctly so it’s not working to send emails.

Are you testing from a local server like WAMP/LAMP, or are you testing from a server at an actual hosting company?

when using other plugin like Contact Form 7, the email sent.

Ok, well unless you configured Contact Form 7 to use some separate SMTP server then mail() is probably working fine.

What exactly happens? Does the offer submit successfully and everything seems fine, but you simply don’t get an email? Does either side get an email? Both the buyer and the seller should receive a notice.

The submission is working fine. But once I approved it, there’s no notice/emails sent to both admin and buyer.

I think I was confused for a minute. So you are getting the initial emails when an offer is made, right? But then when you accept the offer that’s not sending..??

Go into WooCommerce -> Settings, and click into the Email tab. Then click into the New Offer link and make sure that’s enabled.

    (@akosichen)

No, I mean once filled out it says submitted successfully. But there’s no emails received once accepted.

    (@angelleye)

So did you check all of those settings I mentioned?

Our emails get sent exactly the same way the WooCommerce emails get sent. Are you getting WC notifications as expected?

    Thread Starter akosichen

    (@akosichen)

    Yes they are all enabled.

If you want to submit a ticket here and provide temporary login details for your site I can take a closer look. I really can’t think of any other reason they wouldn’t be sending. Are you absolutely sure it’s not hitting your spam?

I’m going to close this thread here, but please submit a ticket at that link if you want to provide more details. I’ll be happy to continue troubleshooting this with you.
