Emails not received by customer or admin

  • Hello,

    When an international customer requests a quote, the admin does not receive and email. When the admin creates the quote, the customer does not receive an email either.

    Please let me know how we can resolve this?

    Hi @clayts121,

    Can you please let me know if WooCommerce emails for normal orders come through fine?

    If yes, Can you please check if the emails from the plugin come through fine when only WooCommerce & the Quotes plugin are active?

    If yes, then please try activating the other plugins one at a time to find the conflicting plugin.

    Please let me know the results of the above tests so I can help you debug the issue.

    Hello,

    Yes the normal emails come through for orders, but the emails from the quote request are not coming through.

    I have deactivated all the plugins and only activated the woocommerce plugin and the Quotes plugin like you suggested but it is not working.

    Hi Clayton,

    I’ll have to look into this further to find the root cause of the issue.

    Can you please send me the WordPress admin and FTP access to a staging/dev site where the issue is replicated so I can debug it and help you fix the same.
