    Hi,

    I am using premium version of mailpoet.

    I have enabled emails that should send daily, which are not being sent.
    The status which is showing as running and accessible is showing as unknown.

    It’s really hard to find the issue, not able to check the issue where exactly is. please reply asap.

    Hey @vinodnaik1989,

    Sorry to hear about that. In order to investigate the issue, I’d like to ask you some more things:

    1) Are you able to send standard newsletters and/or previews to yourself?

    2) Can you please go to the MailPoet > Help > System Status and check if the task scheduler is working? Also, do you see any error message there?

    3) Please let us know which sending method and which cron option you’re using to send your emails. You can check the sending method in MailPoet’s Settings > Send With… tab and the cron option in MailPoet’s Settings > Advanced tab.
