Emails Not Sending

Client uses godaddy and support was not much help.

both to and from emails are set with a domain email. php mail has been confirmed by godaddy. i have tested with gmail as well as domain emails, nothing.

oddly, the same settings for the two different forms, one form works and the other does not.

any help is appreciated.
