Emails not sending

    I have WP Mail SMTP installed and working:

    “This email was sent by Other SMTP mailer, and generated by the WP Mail SMTP WordPress plugin.”

    So WordPress can send emails.

    But when tickets get submitted, replied to etc… no email goes to customer…

    Any thoughts?

    I think this is because in the email notifications setting I had set it to an existing MS Exchnage support@ email account. It doesn’t send then…

    Changing that to a non existing email address supportX@ worked.

    Is there a way to use an existing email?
