    Hello,

    How can I make this plugin to capture the cart and send the emails?

    I’m running the latest WooCommerce and WP instance, on my dev machine.

    No issues in the WooCommerce Logs

    SMTP plugin configured

    The Test Email works.

    Blocksy Pro Theme.

    Also added to wp-config:

    define('DISABLE_WP_CRON', false);

    cartflows-cart-abandonment-tracking-js is present on the ckeckout page

    WP-Crontrol installed an ran the cron manually. Nothing happened.

    Thanks for sharing the URL.

    I have checked the checkout page and can see that the Ajax call to collect the data is working and the order data is captured correctly.

    I have abandoned an order and successfully received a recovery email.

    L.E. So on @icloud mail I receive the email. On @outlook, I don’t. I have read that they had some issues with their DNS..problem solved.

    Hello sir,

    So I still haven’t received email from the dev website.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Create a new Client account
    2. Add products to Cart
    3. Go to Checkout
    4. Exit checkout (close browser or leave page)
    5. No Email received – tried @outlook.com / @icloud.com Client Accounts

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Hello @laurpm,

    Thanks for writing back.

    You mentioned that you are creating a new user. Can you please check the user role that you are assigning to that user and see the plugin settings to make sure that the user role is not excluded from tracking?

    I tested it as a guest user without login and it works.
