Emails not sending to additional emails

the enquiry emails are only sending to the admin email address and not to any of the additional email addresses, and in the email to the admin they are not appearing as cc’s either, I would like to have a setting for where the emails are delivered as admin does not need to see them. a TO: setting and additional CC:’s would be great
