    Great booking system. Really impressed. I noticed that emails are not sent to customers who book if they use a suffix of .co.uk or similar in their email address field. I think this is because the system wants the format of email addresses to be [email protected] or .net etc…

    My email log shows that the second dot in the suffix is where it cuts off.

    Please update to cater for this f possible. Many thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    The plugin doesn’t cut the emails. Your website may have some SMTP plugin or email-related plugin filtering the destination email address and cutting the second dot.

    A way to identify the origin of that email processing issue is to deactivate the plugins one by one to check which one is causing the problem or temporary change the theme if all the plugins are discarded.
