    Hi.

Emails sending from this site are setup to send using MailPoet.

The settings page shows that it is working correctly.

The system status is all good.

But sending emails from info@sitedomain to webmaster@sitedomain in the forms settings does not work.

The emails do not get through.

    We have tried everything.

    Please help.

    Hello there @abaloo ,

I see that the MailPoet Sending Service has been paused for your account due to a high number of hard bounced emails.

However, since your account has been paused for a while now, we don’t have any logs available anymore to provide you with more information.

Instead, we’ve restored our sending service in your account. If your account is suspended again, please do get back to us and we will be able to provide more details.

Kindly try to send your email again.

Please take a look at the following suggestions as well – they will help you to keep a good sender reputation and avoid future suspensions in your account:

    – Protect ALL your forms by adding a captcha (including third-party forms integrated with MailPoet and contact forms).

    – Keep the Inactive Subscribers Feature enabled by going to MailPoet > Settings > Advanced according to your sending frequencyMailPoet will simply stop sending emails to subscribers that never open your emails.

    – If you’re importing a new list, please use a cleaning service to ensure you’ll be sending only to valid addresses.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

    Have a nice day!
