Emails not sending until admin login

I use FluentCRM with Fluent SMTP. There has been a recurring issue on a few of my sites where a FluentCRM sequence says an email has been scheduled and then “sent,” but it hasn’t been.
In the FSMTP logs, the email have *just* been sent (date/time stamp set to my login time).
I have set up server cronjobs, FluentCRM tools appear to be timing correctly, and FluentCRM logs show the emails were “sent” on schedule…but the queue of emails to FSMTP all go out when I log in.
This appears to be an SMTP issue, but I can’t be sure. Any thoughts?
