Emails not sending when I share an article

From our end we can send e-mail’s unlimited times using any provider or mail client through the widget’s email form.

hello,

we replied to your given email address a while ago.
as you can see from the attached screenshots, we sent successfully a message to you and to us (copy).
if you didn’t received it, then propably, should be some settings need to get modified, in your mail server.
please, clarify and confirm.
