Emails not sending with office 365

    Hi, I set the plugin up with all the appropriate username, password and smtp host info and used the test option to confirm that emails were being sent out using those creds. I receive the test email fine, but the contact us page along with all other emails, including confirmation, reset password ect…dont get sent.

    Any help is appreciated.

    @chuck820, The test email tab uses the wp_mail function to send an email. If you have received that email that means your SMTP is set up correctly. The plugin uses the same credentials when the wp_mail function is called by another script in WordPress. Have you checked the spam folder?

    The form gives an error when submitted and the other functions like reset password and registration just don’t send out emails. Yes, I’ve checked spam and so has the client.

    @chuck820, What error do you see? That sounds like a different issue. Is your form plugin calling wp_mail or their own mail function? Your SMTP configuration will be used only when wp_mail is called.

    I was able to find the problem. It was a configuration setting that was not associated with your plugin. Thank you for your help.
