Ultimate member is not sending emails to the admins or to the users. We have tried many things and it isn’t working.

Our server is located in Google Cloud, so regular email sending using mail() functions doesn’t work, we are required to use sendgrid. We have installed the sendgrid plugin in wordpress that replaces the usual wordpress emails and it is working correctly. Woocommerce emails and other plugins work fine, but ultimate member mails are not working.

Do you have any special setup in UM for email sending?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@mforetic any particular error messages being generated by SendMail itself ?

    Hi!
    I have a similar issue.
Actually, new users don’t get any email after registration. Registration needs to be verified, so I must resend “Activation e-mail” , and than user will get it.
    Any suggestions?

@trychaotic You were right, the problem was that the proper email options were not activated, thanks a lot.

I think that setting needs further explanation. I had the Welcome email activated but because my registration required email validation, the user would receive no email because that email option (email activation to member) was disabled by default. I think a notice message should appear when you activate the validation option in the settings.

I think this should solve @boyann problem too.

Well, it looks like that I have problem with e-mail client or something with my localhost service.
In UM all e-mails are set to Active, but I’ve (at least temporarily) solved problem with gmail account.

    Thanx ??
