I am using WP Mail SMTP free edition.
I configured the “Other SMTP” option with a gmail account.
Everything was working fine and emails were sent successfully. However, when I migrated the website to another hosting provider (Hostinger), it stopped working.
I did not change anything with the configuration.
Did anyone else encounter a similar problem ?
Can this be somehow related to the new hosting provider’s infrastructure/configuration ?

    Hi, @ivitae!

    Thanks for reaching out!

Yes, you are right, switching to another hosting provider could cause such an issue. It might be that the hosting provider is blocking SMTP traffic.

Please, reach out to your hosting provider with the full error log details.

To get the full error log details, you can send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Tools. Here’s a screenshot for the option to get a full error log. Then you can go ahead and share those details with the hosting provider. They’d hopefully be able to help!

Or, as an alternative, you can set up an API-based Gmail mailer by following this guide.

    Kind regards.
