Emails not sent after product is in stock and subscriber list is blank

    Hi,

    This would be an amazing plugin! (if it works)

    What does not work:

    – E-mail notification to admin (but I can live with this)
    – Sending confirmation e-mails did not work. I installed SMTP-plugin and now it works to all emailaddresses.

    And now the most important things:

    – PRODUCT IS IN STOCK! But subscribers did not receive any email. (!)
    – I cannot see how many subscribers I have. On both, the product list and product page (inventory) as in your screenshots. (it is blank)

    To check if I have a conflict with a plugin, I deactivated all. Still not work.

    >> Make sure, you have provided the stock amount of the product, only then the InStock email will be triggered.

    >> Can you please check the whole flow again just keeping our plugin WC Stock Alert and WooCommerce. Then check the product list page via WP-admin >> Products.

    Yeah, great! The first problem is solved!

    >> Can you please check the whole flow again just keeping our plugin WC Stock Alert and WooCommerce. Then check the product list page via WP-admin >> Products.

    This still does not work. The product out of stock should show ‘1’ on ‘Interested person(s)’.

    Hi Dualcube,

    Yes, that is very strange. But you can assume that there is something wrong with the plugin. For sure if the plugin depends on ‘other plugins on your website’ for correct functioning. I am sure that I am not the only one facing this problem.

    Other problem: after creating an export of the system, I see my emailaddress and it works. But checking the export the next day, all the data is gone..

    I hope we can solve this together!
