    Update

Now preview and send email works only on:

Welcome email: Preview >send to email "Sent when a new WordPress user with the role Customer is added to your site."

Email to new users - works

Email to new accounts - works

Not sure is because in case of a new user is accepting to send or because it only works from woocommerce inputs

Preview and sen email - Not working:

Welcome email: Sent when someone subscribes to the list: Newsletter mailing list Not working
Email to the new subscriber - Not working

Email to notify the admin Working (???)

    Previous message (misplaced?):

Unlike few months ago, mailpoet no longer send emails (or very occasionally):

    Welcome emails, Posts notification, newsletter.

I then activated the key (free plan/1000 subsc.) but no changes.

Then I tried to use mailpoet email sender in settings

Then I unsubscribed and binned the users and re-added it

In the mean time I flush the cache switching again sending methods and re-subscribe

    Nothing worked so far.

I noted that in > setting in >send with > send test email work 100% of the times

But Welcome emails, Posts notification, newsletter > preview > send to email do not work (not in spam either)

When a new subscriber is added and the email is re-activated, it also doesn't work, or only sporadically 5% of the times, with my server or mailpoet that requires to confirm subscriptions.

This still occur with the last updates including WP and no error log / system requirements.

It doesnt seems to be mentioned by many users so far however clues on what's going on would be really appreciated. I Have no system issues with any plug in.

    Hi there @multisponsor ????!

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

Can you please review this article (https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/129-what-is-the-newsletter-task-scheduler) and switch to a Linux Cron?

Then, under MailPoet > Settings > Key activation... tab make sure that your keys is properly active and under MailPoet > Settings > Send With... tab that you are using the MailPoet Sending Service.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Cheers!

I followed the steps you recommend (Server side cron (Linux cron)
A server-side script that runs frequently to trigger any task of your choice. You can read how to set it up here.) and:

Preview and sen email – working:

Welcome email: Sent when someone subscribes to the list: Newsletter mailing list working

However, I needed to switch to WP mail sender as Mailpoet sender did not work, which may be better as the users need to verify their email before to receive the newsletter.

Email to the new subscriber – Not working. Tried WP mail sender and Mailpoet sender. No point to have the preview sent if real user can not receive it in any case. Tried 2 emails and checked the spam.

Any advice much appreciated. Best Regards

As it has been quite some time, just wondering if there are any particular issues or updates in schedule?

    Regards

    Hi there!

I have a problem with sending email due to too many spam emails. And I tried everything. The last chance is talking with someone. I receive a message where they told me that I probably lost my account and I have to check if it can be re-open.

    Can you please re-open it?

    Hello,

Still none of the welcome emails are sent and they use to work.

    Tried:

    the latest plugin and wp

    8.1 php

    php smtp

Newsletter task scheduler (cron): WordPress built-in cron (recommended), Visitors to your website, Server side cron (Linux cron)

Send all site’s emails with: The current sending method Your web host / web server (recommended), The default WordPress sending method (default)

No issues with any email forms

    Any answers appreciated

Problem sorted by myself after months of waiting:

Mail poet no longer allow a bounce email address that is different from the one set on wp admin. Not even if is from the same domain.

Yet, still has a field in Settings>Advanced to enter a bounce email different than what you use on WP.

It doesn’t even warn you that using it would block any emails from Mail poet!!

The 2 moves dont look too smart to me.

    And also avoiding to reply.

Before that I tried all the option, use of SMTP PHP (8+), own server validation TLS port 587 which seems working better (after correcting the bounce email).
