• Hello, emails are not sent, when items are back in stock since stock updates with 3d party plugin.

Test email from settings is sent successfully.

Log: “back-in-stock-notifier-for-woocommerce-2025-02-06” has errors like “Failed to send Automatic Instock Mail”

    Failed Scheduled Actions: woocommerce_admin/stored_state_setup_for_products/async/run_remote_notifications
    Pending: cwg_delete_subscribers.

I have enabled “Enable this option if you have updated the stock from a third-party inventory plugin” in plugin settings but its not working.

What can I do? ?? Thank you!

    Hello there,

    Good day!

We’re here to assist you with this.

Regarding your query—you are updating stock from a third party and have enabled the third-party stock inventory option.

Here are a few things to check for troubleshooting:

    1. Email Detection Based on Sent Status
      • We suspect that the mail server or an email-related plugin might be blocking the email, causing it to fail when sent from our plugin.
      • We recommend deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and Back in Stock Notifier to check if it works properly.
    2. Testing with an SMTP Plugin
      • If the issue persists even after deactivating other plugins, please try using an SMTP plugin and check if emails are sent successfully.
    3. Update to the Latest Version
      • Ensure that you have updated our plugin to the latest version (5.7.9).
    4. Verify Cron Event Registration
      • If you’re already using version 5.7.9, please try reactivating our plugin and check if the cron event “cwginstock_third_party” is registered under WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions → Pending.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks!
