• I just test purchased a ticket and didn’t receive any email with a confirmation (like Woocommerce usually does when a product is purchased) nor did I see a ticket email come through. I can’t find this in the settings either. How do I resolve this?

    Hi @jessmfelt Sorry to know.

    On Eventin plugin we have not found any issue like that. We are using the WordPress default mailer which depends on the server’s SMTP configuration.
    Can you please check your SMTP configuration. Hosting provider can help you about this.
