emails not working /test email no working

  • Hello,

    I’ve used this plugin with success many times but this time I don’t know what’s wrong.

    I set it up correctly. Bust the test email doesn’t work. page reloads without any change. Emails (woocommerce / elementor form) not working.

    I deactivated all of the plugis and changes theme (> vs twenty seventeen). Nothing changes. I do not know what’s wrong ’cause the plugin is excellent and it has always worked. ….. any help?

    Can you enable Debug mode. Then carry out another test, once the test is completed check the log file and report back.

    It seems to be the monsterinsights plugin. I erased but nothing change. still not working

    Hello,

    Yes, I spoke about it with my hosting (SITEGROUND) and they checked it out and told me it was not at hosting level. Accordin to them it was the server was working.

    By the way just to let you know. The issue is

    *) WP onto the main domain anaulibarri.com: OK the plugin is working perfectly;
    *) WP onto the sub domain academy.naulibarri.com:KO the plugin is NOT working;

    Unfortunately I am out of ideas because the plugin works but currently it will not work in your type of setup.

    It seems to be a fatal error from another plugin that is causing a conflict.

    The following plugin seem to be triggering the issue:

    wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/

    Deactivate all the plugins then activate them one by one and test the function to see which one is the main source.
