Emails quit working on submission

  • I’m using version 1.6.49 Form Manager, but when I tried to enable Captcha I quit receiving notifications of submissions. Just stopped dead.

    I removed the Captcha code and requirement, but still nothing.

    So I completely removed the Plugin and all data, then reinstalled.

    Still not working.

    I’ve disabled all other plugins (Contact Us by Lord Linus, IThemes Security, Google Analytics and WordPress SEO), but still no luck.

    IPage is my host, but I’m using a Yahoo account for email.

  • Your host might be flagging your outgoing e-mails as spam. Some hosts require that e-mails sent from your server have a specific set of headers, especially the ‘from’ e-mail address, if it is different for your WP admin account than your e-mail account.
