    Hi,

The site owner is not receiving the emails sent from the site. I believe his customers are receiving. I did a test and received the email with no issue. I did a connectivity test and had some errors which I contacted hosting about but they said that I need to gather SPF, DKIM records from the server where the emails are being sent from and you can then set these records on my hosting account. Where do I get these records? They said that currently the SPF is for SiteGround (my hosting) and does not include any Outlook/ Sendgrid values which can further affect and cause this issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @lbrashear,

Can you let us know what SMTP service you are using, and what email service the site owner is using? Are they on the same domain (and/or service)?

SPF/DKIM are indeed very important – some servers will ‘junk’ or blackhole mail where the SPF/DKIM is not correct or valid. Your SPF looks currently to be set up for sending either from server IP 35.208.89.43, or via Siteground.

    Hope this helps.

    PS – Nice site! ??

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

    Hi and thank you ??

The service is Sendgrid. This was set up prior to moving the site to me. Where can I get the information on the SPF settings for Sendgrid?

    Hi @lbrashear,

There is more information about SPF on SendGrid on their docs pages here.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim
