Emails Sending but not receiving

I have been working on this for a few days and I am going insane. I am using a temporary domain while I work on my site before I transfer it. The messages were failing but I contacted BlueHost and they fixed that problem. Now when I test it it says that the email sent, but I am not receiving it. It does not go to the spam folder either. I am using Gmail for businesses and I have tried using the “WP-Mail-SMTP” plugin but that brought it back to failing. I am new to this and out of ideas. Please help!
