Emails sent after downloading users from Zendesk to WP

  • We have a service that will download users from our Zendesk to our WordPress site. Sending emails to new users is defaulted in our WordPress site. That’s great – that’s what we want. Just wondering if the emails will be sent if users are downloaded and not added manually.

  • This is a plugin-specific question. Whether WordPress will send an email to a new user completely depends on the implementation of the plugin you’re using to fetch users from Zendesk.

    Please post this question on the support forum for the plugin on www.ads-software.com, or the plugin vendor’s website.

    Thank you. It’s actually not a plugin, but a service that we created internally. I will check with out developer to verify whether there is code to send the email.
